OUR PROCESS

STEP 1 – CONTACT US

It all begins with a single point of contact. Simply give us a call, or flick us an email, expressing your interest

STEP 2 – ELIGIBILITY

An electronic “fact-finding” document is then sent out, to determine your eligibility for the various programs

 

STEP 3 – SOLUTION

A preferred solution is then chosen. This is based on your eligibility criteria, your individual preferences, & for some solutions (eg Job Swap), your workplace’s permissions and/or partnership in the program. There are 4 possible channels, Working holiday, Secondment, Job Swap, & Permanent Placement.

STEP 4 – DATES

Preferred dates for travel are then determined. We recommend that you keep your dates as flexible as possible, to allow us to best match your preferences for work, travel or volunteering with the current and upcoming availability of practices and organisations.

 

STEP 5 – PREFERENCES

Electronic questionnaires are then emailed to you, to gather information on your individual preferences in relation to work, travel, and volunteering. This is a very detailed process designed to ensure your trip, and all included jobs or placements, are perfectly suited to your individual needs and preferences

STEP 6 – DRAFT ITINERARY

A draft trip itinerary is provided to you, taking into consideration all of your individual preferences, desired dates of travel, and available practices and job opportunities

 

STEP 7 – REVIEW & FINALISATION

The itinerary is reviewed, and any adjustments or changes are made if practically achievable. Once finalised, the chosen practices and program partners are confirmed, and contracts are sent out to all parties to be signed.

STEP 8 – DOCUMENTATION & BOOKINGS

All required documentation is sent out (with easy to follow instructions) to get the relevant visa’s, registrations, etc approved and completed. Where possible, this is done by us, rather than you, to make life easy. Once this is done, the relevant bookings are made.
